For a Global IT/Software Company a host of solutions were developed and a global HR compliance and risk program was implemented. This ensured that the organization adhered to labor laws and regulations across different countries while mitigating associated risks and driving solutions and controls. 

The program was recognized by the IIRSM in 2022 and received the prestigious International Risk Initiative of the Year Award.

Spanning over 20 years, OHS solutions have been successfully implemented on local sites or at a regional level to ensure best in class Occupational Health and Safety Management systems for Aviation, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical and Facility Management organizations. 

Approach and expertise covers the full spectrum of OHS and in particular an innovative approach to risk assessment, coaching/mentoring and leaders/employees training & education.

Major experience in developing and implementing a Global wellness and wellbeing program in oil and gas and mining camps in both the UK and Australia. This unique and bespoke program drove employee engagement and validated a range of wellness and health KPI's and was clinically assessed by the University of Aberdeen to enhance the physical, mental, and emotional health of employees working in these industries.  

It was recognized in  2013 at the Energy Awards 2013, as winner in Safety Innovation of the Year.

People and understanding their role in having a safe business has become 25 years of experience in driving food safety and hospitality solutions in airline catering companies, food service organizations and event management in EMEA, APJ and the Americas. 

Successful achievement of ISO22001 certification and ISO 9001 certification as well as awards with United Airlines, Qatar Airways and the Gate Group.
